Evergreen Music Company: 9 Months of Independent Growth and Industry Impact

A New Chapter in Independent Music Marketing

In just nine months, Evergreen Music Company has gone from a bold idea to one of Canada’s most promising emerging music marketing and creative firms.

Founded by Damiano Pulcini, Evergreen was built on a simple belief: artists deserve world-class marketing, storytelling, and creative strategy, without compromising their independence.

With a management roster that includes rising talents like Theo Day, Bella Galasso, and Memblem, Evergreen has quickly positioned itself as a trusted partner for artist development, brand building, and full-scale campaign execution.

A New Standard for Artist Marketing

Operating out of Montreal, Evergreen was designed to bridge the gap between traditional label marketing and the modern independent ecosystem. In less than a year, the company has launched campaigns that have:

  • Generated tens of thousands of organic streams,

  • Built robust visual identities, and

  • Created real fan engagement across genres—from indie folk to pop to underground electronic music.

Evergreen’s holistic approach blends marketing strategy, branding, content production, and digital storytelling, each tailored to the artist’s vision and stage of growth. The result? Campaigns that don’t just promote — they build careers with purpose and authenticity.

Campaign Highlights

Theo Day – “Homegrown” EP

Evergreen guided the rollout for Theo Day’s debut EP, helping him reach 25,000+ streams on his debut single “Somewhere Shallow, land on 200+ independent playlists, and earn algorithmic support from Spotify — all within his first few weeks. With his second release, “Medicine Cabinet”, we started to get regular nationwide radio programming on CBC Radio Canada, as well as featured on Amazon Music editorial playlists, including Acoustic Chill, Brand New Music, and the focus track of the EP, Little White Lies”, was also added to multiple Just North of Nashville playlists internationally.

The campaign solidified Theo’s reputation as one of the most exciting new voices in Canadian folk and Americana.

Bella Galasso – “The Cult” & “In My Veins” (with Theo Day)

Bella Galasso, fresh off her bold alt-pop release The Cult, continues to carve her own lane with cinematic production and emotionally raw lyricism. Formerly the frontwoman of a Montreal-based band, she’s building strong momentum as a solo artist with editorial support, sync placements, and growing fan engagement.

Bella’s recent singles marked a major creative leap. Evergreen oversaw the full rollout — from art direction and brand identity to press outreach and DSP pitching — culminating in the release of “In My Veins — a stunning collaboration with Theo Day that has been featured in tastemaker playlists and covered by SiriusXM’s North Americana programming.

Memblem – Young Art Records Signing & Breakthrough Year

2025 has been a defining year for Memblem, having played multiple Canadian and international shows, songwriting with an array of artists, and recently securing his first release with Young Art Records (a remix for SHIMA) set to drop in December 2025. This will be followed by a series of new original music from Memblem, releasing on Young Art Records in early 2026 under his new record deal — a major milestone in his career.

Evergreen played a key role in his brand positioning, rollout strategy, and partnership alignment that helped bring this opportunity to life.

Memblem also made waves with his collaborations with DijahSB and his appearance on the Spotify Billboard for “Get Loud”, which Evergreen proudly submitted for consideration for the 2026 JUNO Awards under the category of Underground Dance Single of the Year. Stay tuned for more milestones in Memblem’s success story as the releases start to roll out!

Building Community and Collaboration

Beyond artist campaigns, Evergreen launches its first Songwriting Camp in Toronto during the last week of November 2025, bringing together emerging songwriters, producers, and vocalists from Montreal & the GTA for a week of creative collaboration.

The camp will not only spark several new projects but also reinforce Evergreen’s mission to build community and opportunity within Canada’s independent music scene.

Creative Vision Meets Strategy

What sets Evergreen apart is its ability to balance creative vision with strategic execution. Each campaign is built from the ground up, combining analytics, digital insights, and storytelling to help artists connect authentically with their audiences.

The Evergreen team draws on deep experience in music marketing, branding, and digital media, forming a multidisciplinary ecosystem where creativity meets business intelligence.

As Evergreen founder Damiano Pulcini puts it:

“We’re here to prove that independent doesn’t mean small. It means empowered, strategic, and creative on your own terms.”

Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond

With new partnerships, label deals, and events on the horizon, Evergreen is entering its next chapter poised for expansion. Plans for 2026 include:

  • Refining the label services division

  • Expanding our international marketing campaigns

  • Securing label & publishing deals for management roster

What began as a small idea has become a movement — rooted in creativity, independence, and lasting impact.
