Bella galasso
Bella Galasso is an Italian-Canadian singer-songwriter from Montreal, crafting a sound that lives at the intersection of folk-pop, indie, and alt-country. Drawing inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine, Phoebe Bridgers, and Joni Mitchell, she creates songs that feel deeply personal while resonating on a universal level. A formally trained multi-instrumentalist, Bella is proficient in both guitar and piano, bringing a refined musicality to every aspect of her artistry.
Bella’s foundation as a live performer was built over nearly a decade as co-lead vocalist of a touring band that performed across Canada. During that chapter of her career, she played major venues and festivals, including opening for Bon Jovi at Montreal’s Bell Centre in 2018, before embarking on a cross-country Canadian tour in 2019. Those formative years sharpened her stage presence and deepened her connection to live performance, something that continues to define her artistry today.
In 2022, Bella stepped into a new era with the launch of her solo career, debuting with her breakout single Ruin A Party. The release introduced audiences to a more personal and emotionally exposed side of her songwriting, immediately establishing her as a promising voice within Canada’s emerging indie singer-songwriter landscape. Since then, she has continued building momentum through a growing catalog of releases that showcase both artistic maturity and emotional honesty.
Her newest single, Easy, released on April 17, further solidifies Bella’s ability to craft emotionally resonant music that lingers long after the first listen. Already a fan-favorite through live performances over the last year and a half, the track reflects the evolution of her songwriting and the growing confidence behind her artistic vision.
Bella has continued expanding her live presence throughout Quebec and Ontario, earning recognition for performances that feel raw, immersive, and deeply connective. With a sound that bridges classic singer-songwriter storytelling and contemporary indie production, Bella Galasso is carving out a distinct space within the modern folk-pop landscape. Her music feels intimate without being fragile, polished without losing its humanity — the kind of artistry that invites listeners into her world while reflecting pieces of their own.

He first broke through with early support from artists like Timbaland, Kenny Beats, Baauer, and Denzel Curry, winning a Kenny Beats Beatbattle against hundreds of competitors before later performing in the Beatbattle Finals, streamed to over 40,000 viewers during GlitchCon on Twitch. Following his first remix release on TOKiMONSTA’s Young Art Records in late 2025, Memblem launched his debut EP, jetlag, through the label in March 2026. The project marked a breakthrough moment, fueled by standout singles like Broadcast, Out Like This (feat. Nia Nadurata), and Disc Error (feat. Noche) earning support from a wide range of globally respected DJs and producers, including Martin Garrix, Don Diablo, Rudimental, Jacques Greene, Kyle Watson, Eats Everything, TOKiMONSTA, Coco & Breezy, MALUGI, Scott Garcia, Ardalan, Tough Love, and more — reinforcing Memblem’s growing credibility within the international electronic scene.
Now sitting at over 7 million global streams, Memblem continues to expand his global footprint through international touring, a debut performance at Miami Music Week 2026, and participation in the prestigious Ninja Tune songwriting camp in London. With remixes, future collaborations, and a second Young Art Records EP already in development, Memblem is rapidly establishing himself as one of Canada’s most exciting emerging electronic artists.
